As their final studio effort before quitting touring, the record pushed the technological boundaries first explored on late 1965’s Rubber Soul. Revolver has since earned a reputation as a pioneering masterpiece in popular music history, universally acclaimed for its ground breaking range of musical styles, experimental sounds, and lyrical depth.
