Delivery & shipping

What are our delivery methods?

We offer two options.

  1. We courier your order with Courier Guy.
  2. You can collect your order at the Kandi Records shop during our standard opening hours. 77 Durban Road, Mowbray, 7700

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders received before 10am on a business day will be packed and sent on the same day.
Orders made after 10am will be packed and sent the next business day.
Orders will take 2 to 3 business days to get to you from the date of shipping.

Do we ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. If you arrange a courier yourself, we will pack your online order and mark it for collection.

Payment information

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Is buying online with us safe?

All payments are facilitated by Yoco on their secure servers.


Keep in mind that your bank may also need you to authenticate the transaction on your side.

Orders and returns

How do I place an order?

If you see an item you want then add it to your virtual basket. You can either go immediately to the payment screen or you can continue shopping and visit your basket and the checkout later.
Items are secured once you have completed the transaction. Items in the basket are still available to the public.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to order.

How do I track my order?

You can go to the track order page here.You will also receive an email from us with your courier tracking number and a link to the courier website to track your parcel.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us if you need to change or cancel your order.

How can I return a product?

If any of your items are not to your satisfaction you can return them and we will give you a full refund for the item.
